What is It?
A one, half-day (5 hour) review of how your organization has evolved, its current challenges and its opportunities for growth.
Why is This Important?
The pace of change, especially with the pandemic, has impacted how we all do business. A shifting socio-economic landscape combined with the ongoing impact of a pandemic has wreaked havoc with conventional thinking. Strategies developed a year, or even six months ago, may no longer be adequate. Leadership is under the microscope, digital transformation is disturbing traditional business models, and the mental health of workers is of great concern. There is no manual to provide guidance through this.
How Can We Help?
By bringing together a team of senior Osborne Principals and Advisors (typically 3 – 5), each with their area of special expertise, we can look at your situation with a different and varied experienced lens. If we owned the business, what would we be doing with it?
Who Should Participate?
Your senior management team, the key decision makers and the business owners. We suggest a maximum of 6 participants with 3-4 being the ideal.
How Does the Process Work?
- We’ll sign a non-disclosure document.
- As part of our current state analysis, we would typically review your current business plan, financials and any other background documents for the Osborne team to pre-read and conduct internal discussions.
- The half-day session will be scheduled, and an agenda distributed to all participants.
- All notes/screen shots from that day will be provided to you.
- Within two weeks the Osborne team will deliver its report and walk your representatives through our findings and recommendations. You will own this document.
