Operated an 80-person manufacturing company, receiving awards and recognition for excellence (Department of Economic Development, Canada – Manufacturing Efficiency Award). This furniture company also had operations focused on restoration and distribution.
Development project resulting in new Calgary neighbourhood, developed support venues for major events, reconfiguring facilities to new uses, reworked existing historical building to improved utilization, recovery of organization after a failed attempt to move facility resulting in an improved new operation, effective financing, and success.
