This resulted in optimal capacity utilization, lower cost structure, and superior customer service and satisfaction. Doubled EBITDA, growing percent Return on Invested Capital over 4.5 years from single digit to high teens.
As Country Manager of ADM India, grew a single asset joint venture to a near billion-dollar business through multiple acquisitions.
As GM of Northern Sun, ADM’s sunflower processing facility, strategically transformed an underperforming plant, tripling its volume; introduced the innovative “swing plant” concept to maintain high operational efficiency and optimize margins.
For over 20 years, traveled and worked globally, fostering deep connections and integrating into local communities through charity work.
