- Established robust family governance for large family enterprises that ensures their longevity beyond the third generation.
- Spearheaded a mineral mining and trading venture in one of the eastern islands of Indonesia to become the role model of proper mining practice in the province of Belu.
- Managed the operations of a coal shipping port infrastructure to expedite the logistics system, liaised with Petronas, and supervised the financial stability of the company.
- Served as an Interim Director to successfully restructure an educational institution within two years.
- Managed prime commercial real estate properties, and prepared investment proposals for Hong Kong investors regarding opportunities in the Dallas – Fort Worth commercial real estate industry.
- Conducted middle to upper management strategic decision making training for a global conglomerate group.
- Appointed UNESCO-APWINC Team Leader 2016 for Indonesia to enhance women’s leadership and information technology advancement in the country.
