Forensic investigation of £1.5 million fraud investigation in conjunction with the UK Serious Fraud Office.
Managed corporate Rights Offering and assisted with due diligence requirements for private placements and external equity financing.
Upgraded and enhanced internal financial reports, monthly variance analysis and management reports for a $250 million advanced technology company.
Investigated and resolved accounting issues for companies in Canada and the US to align with both Canadian and US GAAP.
Prepared regular cash forecasts, maintained tight control over cash flow and managed creditor queries and demands during a corporate turnaround and for a cash strapped start-up operation.
