- Cofounded the Energy Ecosystem Foundation, which enables high school students to think critically about energy and the environment. Three videos and accompanying teaching materials are available for free.
- Designed and facilitated relatable and approachable project and risk management workshops with diverse groups, including private industry, government employees, medical professionals, and post-secondary students. These workshops move principles to practices. Over 95% of attendees would recommend these workshops to others.
- Facilitated a diverse advisory group (representation from municipalities, media, academia, and others) through strategic yet challenging discussions on transparency and reporting, leading to seven pipeline industry recommendations.
- Designed and implemented the Canadian pipeline industry’s sustainability program. Holding each other accountable, the presidents of twelve companies committed to a safe, socially and environmentally sustainable energy pipeline industry and advancing safety culture.
- Outlined and built a company’s enterprise-wide public awareness program, spanning Canada, the United States and Mexico. It’s the company’s most extensive stakeholder outreach program, reaching over a million external stakeholders.
- Reset a transformational change project so it was purpose-driven with managed risks. Several leaders noted how quickly the project advanced after the reset.
- Independent consultant as a facilitator of strategic/business plans and workshops/courses, program/project advisor, transformation agent, and management system/program assessor. Consulting assignments included the Canadian Standards Association, American Petroleum Institute, TC Energy, Yukon Government, and the University of Alberta.
