New Mandate – Health Quality Council of Alberta

The Health Quality Council of Alberta (HQCA) is a provincial agency that pursues opportunities to improve patient safety and health service quality for Albertans. Our Osborne Principal facilitated a one-day strategic planning retreat for the HQCA Board of Directors. In advance of the retreat, she worked with the HQCA’s Chair and leadership team to develop a focused agenda that ensured productive, engaging discussions. Following the retreat, she developed comprehensive meeting notes to capture decisions and action items identified throughout the session.
