  • Interim ED/CEO Habitat for Humanity regional affiliate, providing operational assessment and overall leadership stabilizing operations during a disrupted leadership period.
  • As the Industry specific consultant for a not-for-profit social enterprise provided market assessment and validation for its business concept leading to desired funding, business launch and ongoing success.
  • Developed the Osborne Business Advisors group from start-up strategy through senior resource recruiting to over 35 professional consulting resources.
  • Operational leadership in achieving several key awards including CAMX, Employer of Choice, and JD Powers & Associates, as well finalist as for the Best of the Best Contact Centre awards.
  • Spearheaded aggressive enhancement of existing financial services operation, including a world class multilingual call centre from 75 to 800 personnel, to be recognized as a leading financial performer generating annual revenues of $275 million.
  • Developed a complete SLA (service level agreement) necessary to qualify for acceptance by the FSA (Financial Service Authority) as a publicly traded business on the London Stock Exchange.
  • Successfully restored profitability to Edmonton and Victoria IT consulting business units consisting of 80+ personnel.
  • Launched acquisition and retention program resulting in the revitalization of more than 2,500 current and past customers.
  • Orchestrated and secured major IT services outsource contract renewal valued in excess of $20 million.
  • Developed centers of excellence in SAP, Oracle Financials and PeopleSoft technologies.
  • Devised and implemented a go-to market strategy; executed a recruiting plan to sell services and provide skilled IT resources leading a start-up to 70+ personnel in less than a year.
