  • Founding team member of Spiritleaf; helped scale the franchise network from 0 to 100+ retail locations nationwide, contributing to its growth as Canada’s largest recreational cannabis network and its $131M acquisition to SNDL Inc.
  • Supported marketing leadership within SNDL Inc. during a period of significant acquisition-driven expansion, supporting brand integration across Spiritleaf ($131M), Alanna Inc. ($346M), The Valens Company ($138M), and Zenabis Global.
  • Contributed to marketing strategy within SNDL Inc. as it became Canada’s largest private-sector liquor and cannabis retailer and a vertically integrated organization spanning cultivation, manufacturing, retail, and consumer packaged goods.
  • Supported a diversified national portfolio including three cannabis retail banners, three liquor retail banners, and eight CPG brands within a publicly traded, multi-entity environment.
  • Led and mentored creative and marketing team members, strengthening brand governance, improving execution discipline, and elevating performance standards across multiple business units.
  • Operated in a highly regulated industry, partnering with Legal, R&D, Sales, Brand, and Executive leadership to ensure compliant, scalable marketing execution while protecting commercial performance.
  • Led paid social creative strategy for U.S.-based direct-to-consumer brands operating at ~$500,000 USD in monthly media investment. Developed structured, performance-driven creative testing frameworks to support scalable customer acquisition and revenue growth.
