  • As VP of Business Development and Partner, identified market direction and facilitated a merger of two companies, a document management and collaboration software company specializing in the oil and gas Industry. The result was the creation of the largest ECM and SharePoint organizations in Calgary. Lead rebranding and business development initiatives.
  • Organized a series of Educational Seminars aimed at evangelizing SharePoint and ECM. Created a selling culture and system for the company.
  • As Co-Founder, CEO, President and Board Member of an entertainment systems company, transformed initial new product/technology concept into an organization with more than $2 million in revenue, and more than 500 locations across Canada.
  • Spearheaded overall company vision, direction, growth, and funding. Led marketing, sales, and product management teams. Developed the branding process, built brand recognition, and led strategic marketing efforts. Created sales tool kits, and guided direct sales efforts.
