Selected Engagements

  • Strategized and oversaw client acquisition efforts by a UK-based business school, managing an in-house digital marketing team which resulted in a 40.8% YOY increase in unique website visits and over 1,500 new sales leads in one season, by the means of multiple tactics such as search marketing (SEM, SEO, PPC, AdWords, Remarketing), social media, e-mail marketing, advertising and landing pages.
  • Launched and positioned a Nike-owned soccer academy in Canada, managing and overseeing brand identity, partnerships and multiple initiatives, such as grassroots marketing, digital marketing, event marketing PR, OOH and an advertising campaign which resulted in an astounding 95% attendance in the very first season.
  • Attained a 5.5% upturn in registrations for a major charity walk series in Canada and 4.1% growth in participation for the same organization’s bike series by improving and championing a new strategic marketing plan and numerous initiatives.
  • Achieved 50% registrant increase and 20% growth in measured media exposure for an Ironman Triathlon Series event in South America over a three year period, largely attributed to overseeing race day promotions in eight countries, in addition to targeted international digital marketing, PR, advertising and event marketing activities.
  • Spearheaded an all-inclusive social media and content marketing strategy for the MS Society of Canada fundraising events that led to strong measurable results, including more than 7,000 new members and over 500 direct registrations in its first campaign.
  • Developed, negotiated, championed execution and tracked ROI of a $0.5 million multi-country advertising and media plan, which included several online and offline niche media outlets, seminars and attendance in over 30 tradeshows across four countries, directly supervising logistics, staff training, vendors and budget.
  • Attracted over 5,000 runners for a brand new relay marathon, by creating and executing an integrated marketing communications campaign, including but not limited to partnerships with sporting goods retailers and fitness centres.
  • Taught digital marketing and international marketing courses at the University of the Fraser Valley School of Business, preparing and delivering vibrant multimedia presentations to multiple cohorts, being recognized by students with top-rate classroom evaluations and positive written feedback.
